I was a client of Get in Shape for Women in Acton
before purchasing the studio in 2013. It was the first
program that combined my need to both lose weight
and exercise. Since becoming the owner (and even
when I was a client), I have seen countless women
experience the transformation that Get in Shape for
Women brings.
There are four main components to our
program—nutrition, accountability, strength
training, and cardio—that work together for total
body transformation. We work with each client
individually on their nutrition or weight loss goals
with regular consultations and measurements. Our
trainers are all certified personal trainers and work
with each client in a small-group setting (up to four
women at time) to motivate and make sure that you
are working out safely and effectively. In 2013, we
were recognized as the #1 Get in Shape for Women
studio nationwide.

My passion for giving back to the community and
strong desire to help families and businesses protect
those things that they value most led me to open
the Ludwig Agency in 2009, after a successful career
in high technology business development. While
offering traditional risk management solutions for
home, auto, and business is a core part of our model,
I really enjoy focusing on helping individuals and
business owners secure their family’s financial future
by creating what we call the three vaults of money.
This approach makes sure your family is taken care of
should you live too long, become disabled, or die too
soon. Life Happens, and we are here to make sure
that when it does, you are prepared!
I have an MBA from Babson College and also
achieved my LUTCF designation from The American
College, signifying my knowledge in Life and
Disability Income Protection Insurance solutions.
The Ludwig Agency is a member of the Middlesex
West Chamber of Commerce and The Massachusetts
Farm Bureau Federation, and is a proud supporter
of both the Acton-Boxborough and Harvard Farmers
Markets. I live in Harvard and serve the town as a
member of the Harvard Finance Committee.
